We want you to be fully satisfied with your HUF purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
